During this interactive workshop, Lacey Dixon, owner of Max & Mortar, will guide local nonprofit organizations in developing a strategic plan for a fundraising campaign or event.
Attendees are encouraged to bring relevant materials, whether digital or printed, to work through their ideas in real time. Together, you'll identify opportunities to strengthen your strategy, expand your reach, increase your impact, and elevate your mission.
Every strong initiative has a before, a during, and an after. Most of us are only planning one of the three. This workshop is an invitation to change that. You'll bring one initiative from your own work — a gala, a year-end ask, a program campaign, a grant season — and we'll build out the full annual arc together, from first touchpoint to final thank you. You'll think through the ramp up, the height of the push, and the wind down that keeps donors connected long after the moment passes. Come ready to dig in. Leave with a framework that makes every initiative stronger, more intentional, and easier to replicate.
